1. What are the advantages of Malayogam over other matrimonial websites?
Malayogam insists that each and every data which comes into the network is collected directly from the candidate or a person authorised by him / her like their parents / relatives / friends, directly through one of the service outlets. This ensures a level of authenticity of the data and hence there is very little chance for fictitious or imaginary data in the Malayogam netgroup database. No other web based matrimonial service provider will be able to provide kind of this assurance.

2. I have browsed the database and find potential matches. Now, how can I get in contact with them?
It is very simple. Note down the registration numbers of the candidates you are interested in, from the database. Contact the nearest Malayogam centre in your area. They will help you register your profile and your requirements in the Malayogam database. Once you are registered with Malayogam, you can collect the bio-data of any of the candidates with their address and other contact details. Alternatively, if you have your parents, relatives or friends in one of the network locations, you may ask them to contact the centre and complete the registration formalities for you. Take a printout of the Registration form provided in our website, fill it up, and send it to them along with your photograph. If you are unable to locate a centre among the list provided in the site, please do write to us at mail@malayogamonline.com and we will help you through the registration.

3. Can I submit my registration on-line?
We have not provided this facility, since there is no way we can ensure the authenticity of the data being registered. You can do the registration at one of the network locations as mentioned above (Question 2) or mail the same to the following mailing address along with a Demand Draft/Local cheque for Rs.250/-

4. Should I inform Malayogam once my marriage is fixed?
Of course, this is very important to avoid inconvenience to you as well as other members. Please inform your nearest Malayogam NetGroup Centre by phone, e-mail or post as soon as your wedding is fixed. Clearly mention your registration number as well as that of your partner (if she is also a registered member). We will be happy to know the wedding date and other details as well.

5. Do I have to pay any commission or other charges once marriage is fixed through Malayogam?
Absolutely nothing! There are no charges, commission or other hidden costs in the matrimonial services provided by Malayogam. All you need to pay are the registration charges (Rs.250/-) and Rs.25/- for every candidate profile taken by you.

6. If I have registered in one of the Malayogam centres, can I get the services from other NetGroup centres ?
Yes, you can! This is the advantage of registration with Malayogam with NetGroup Concept. You will be issued a membership card showing your registration number. You can walk into any Malayogam NetGroup centre, show your membership card and get the services, instantly.

7. Are there Malayogam centres which are not part of the NetGroup?
Yes, there are some independent bureaus working in Kerala and outside using the name ‘Malayogam’, but who are not part of the Malayogam NetGroup. Look for the “Malayogam” signboard with the heart shaped logo to confirm that the centre is part of the network.

8. Can I get horoscope matching done automatically?
”Malayogam” software takes care of horoscope compatibility checks, if you have opted for horoscope matching along with your other preferences / requirements. You have the option to screen horoscopes based on star compatibility alone, or considering other factors such as Kuja Dosha Check, Papsamyam and Dasa Sandhi.
