1.What are the advantages of Malayogam over other matrimonial websites?

3. Can I submit my registration on-line?
Yes you can! You can register onlineand opt for the appropriate plan. The services you can avail online depends on the features available in the plan you select.

4. Should I inform Malayogam once my marriage is fixed?
Of course, this is very important to avoid inconvenience to you as well as other members. Please inform your nearest Malayogam NetGroup Centre by phone, e-mail or post as soon as your wedding is fixed. Clearly mention your registration number as well as that of your partner (if she is also a registered member). We will be happy to know the wedding date and other details as well.

5. Do I have to pay any commission or other charges once marriage is fixed through Malayogam?
Absolutely nothing! There are no charges, commission or other hidden costs in the matrimonial services provided by Malayogam. All you need to pay are the registration charges or the charges for every candidate profile taken by you.

7. What are credit points?
When you opt for any of the payment plans, you are given credit points which can be used to view the bio-data of registrants and at the same you can also perform online horoscope matching. 25 credit points are deducted for each bio-data that you view and 10 credit points are deducted for each horoscope match you perform. You can continue to view the bio-data of profiles and perform horoscope matches until your credit points are used up.

8. If I have registered in one of the Malayogam centre, can I get the services from other NetGroup centres ?
Yes, you can! This is the advantage of registration with Malayogam with NetGroup Concept. You will be issued a membership card showing your registration number. You can walk into any Malayogam NetGroup centre, show your membership card and get the services, instantly.

9.Are there Malayogam centres which are not part of the NetGroup?
Yes, there are some independent bureaus working in Kerala and outside using the name ‘Malayogam’, but who are not part of the Malayogam NetGroup. Look for the “Malayogam” signboard with the heart shaped logo to confirm that the centre is part of the network.

10.Can I get horoscope matching done automatically?
”Malayogam” software takes care of horoscope compatibility checks, if you have opted for horoscope matching along with your other preferences / requirements. You have the option to screen horoscopes based on star compatibility alone, or considering other factors such as Kuja Dosha Check, Papsamyam and Dasa Sandhi. You can ask for a full printed report with all details.

11.Can I get astrological services from Malayogam centres?
